Cassie Wallace, Physician Assistant

Cassandra “Cassie” Wallace, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant with a passion for preventative care, wellness, and natural aesthetic results. Born and raised in Delray Beach, Florida, Cassie began her journey in healthcare at the University of Central Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. She gained valuable clinical experience working as a medical assistant in pediatric care for over two years, cultivating a strong foundation in patient-centered medicine.

Cassie earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Barry University in St. Petersburg. She later transitioned into Family Medicine and Aesthetics in Sarasota, where she discovered her true calling in aesthetic medicine. Since then, she has developed advanced expertise in cosmetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, IPL, CO2 laser skin resurfacing, laser hair removal, Vasculaze, Morpheus8, and other RF-based procedures.

Known for her meticulous technique and artistic eye, Cassie is dedicated to delivering subtle, confidence-enhancing results. She blends the science of medicine with the art of beauty to help patients look and feel their best—inside and out.

Outside the clinic, Cassie enjoys traveling with her husband, biking, and spending time at home with her two beloved cats.

Chelsea Kyle, Nurse Practitioner

Chelsea Kyle is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic specialist with over ten years of experience in critical care and a deep passion for aesthetic medicine. Originally from Michigan, she has made Sarasota her home for the past decade. Chelsea earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University, where she discovered her love for aesthetics and began blending her clinical expertise with a personalized, patient-focused approach to beauty and wellness.

Now practicing as an aesthetic nurse practitioner, Chelsea specializes in minimally invasive procedures designed to enhance natural beauty with precision and care. She is highly skilled in advanced treatments including Quantum, FaceTite, and AccuTite, offering her patients effective, cutting-edge solutions with little to no downtime.

Chelsea is known for her compassionate, detail-oriented care and her commitment to boosting confidence and improving quality of life. Her strong clinical foundation and artistic eye make her uniquely qualified to deliver safe, subtle, and stunning results.

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys life with her husband and their baby girl. She loves to travel, practice pilates, and explore Florida’s beautiful coastline with her family.

Chelsea is excited to continue helping her patients feel empowered, refreshed, and radiant—inside and out.

With over six years of experience working in leading medical spas prior to becoming a licensed esthetician, I offer a unique blend of clinical expertise and holistic care. My passion for skincare began with my own journey of healing acne naturally, which led me to explore the connections between skin health, internal wellness, and lifestyle.

As a certified yoga teacher of 10+ years, I bring a mindful approach to every treatment. My world travels have been a profound source of inspiration and education, allowing me to study spa rituals, wellness philosophies, and holistic health practices from various cultures around the globe. These experiences continue to shape my belief that true beauty begins with balance—inside and out.

In my treatment room, I strive to create a serene, welcoming space where clients feel supported and empowered. Through personalized care, expert guidance, and a love for skincare education, I help each person reach their skin goals while cultivating a deeper connection to their overall well-being.

Kesha Dean, Surgical Tech & Medical Assistant

Kesha is a highly skilled Medical Assistant and Surgical Technician with over 12 years of experience in plastic surgery and dermatology. Her extensive background in both clinical and surgical settings makes her an invaluable asset to our team, where she brings a charming, confident presence to every treatment room.

Specializing in patient care, Kesha ensures that every client feels comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their aesthetic journey. She plays a key role in assisting with our Quantum RF and other minimally invasive procedures, helping to maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Kesha also leads our Evolve body contouring sessions, delivering expert care with a personal touch that clients trust.

Known for her bright personality, attention to detail, and warm bedside manner, Kesha is deeply committed to making each client experience seamless and successful. Her passion for aesthetics and dedication to excellence make her a cornerstone of our practice.

Erica

Erica Miera, Client Relations Coordinator

With a warm smile and a calming presence, Erica is the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through the doors of Nuview MedSpa. As our Client Relations Coordinator, she brings a unique blend of professionalism, compassion, and knowledge of aesthetics to every client interaction.

Before joining the Nuview team, Erica built a diverse and enriching career — from working as a licensed esthetician with a true passion for skincare and rejuvenation, to supporting students in both elementary and higher education. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

A certified yoga instructor and proud mother of two young adults (ages 19 and 17), Erica is all about balance, wellness, and creating a welcoming environment where clients feel truly cared for. Whether she’s helping schedule treatments, answering your questions, or simply offering a moment of calm at the front desk, Erica is an integral part of the Nuview experience.

Laura was born and raised in Long Island, New York. Remaining in New York to pursue her higher education, Laura attained an Associate’s degree in Design and Merchandising from The Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, and then went on to complete her Bachelor’s Degree in Business at SUNY, Buffalo.

It was not until she met and married her husband that Laura discovered her passion for the world of aesthetic medicine. After moving to Sarasota, Florida Laura became an integral part of her husband’s surgery and aesthetics practice in Venice.

During this time, Laura’s growing passion for cosmetic treatments, coupled with her interest in technology and personal wellness, developed into a vision for her own venture – Nuview Medspa.

While Nuview is backed by science and medicine, Laura’s goal has been far greater than to just establish another aesthetic treatment center in Venice, Florida.

Her desire is to create an atmosphere that allows her clients to feel a sense of peace from the moment they step through the doors. Thus, Nuview Medspa has been carefully designed to be a space where patients can focus on their self-care free from the distractions of the frantic world outside.

It is Laura’s greatest passion to create the best experience possible for her clients from start to finish.
